The D550, part of Dusty Strings' renowned Chromatic Series, is a popular model known for its standard fifth-interval tuning and extended bass range down to G2, accompanied by additional chromatic notes for versatile key playing.

Comprising 3.75 octaves with a fully chromatic range of 3.5 octaves, the D550 offers a remarkable playing experience.

To engage with this virtual dulcimer, simply touch the strings adjacent to the black and white bridge markers. The Treble bridge, positioned in the center, presents playable notes on both sides, structured in a fifth interval.

Embrace the vibrant tones by toggling between using hard hammers for a bright, clear sound and soft hammers for a more delicate piano-like note. Achieve intriguing repeated note effects by swiftly dragging your finger horizontally across the strings.
